krb5-multidev software package provides development files for MIT Kerberos without Heimdal conflict, you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install krb5-multidev
krb5-multidev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the krb5-multidev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep krb5-multidev *
You will get with krb5-multidev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
